Breathe to Heal — 3 day immersion

Access your inte­ri­or world through breath­work, gen­tle move­ment and Max’s insight­ful lec­tures. This is your oppor­tu­ni­ty to heal old wounds, make peace with your past and start liv­ing a life with­out anx­i­ety hold­ing you back. 

This course is an oppor­tu­ni­ty for the trans­for­ma­tion you have been look­ing for. Anx­i­ety is not our nat­ur­al state and is not a life sen­tence. In fact, you can alle­vi­ate your anx­i­ety quite quick­ly and even elim­i­nate it from your dai­ly life. When you prac­tice the exer­cis­es in this course, you’re going to feel what it’s like to breathe freely, with­out fear or tight­ness in your chest. You will learn how to free your­self from your stuck emo­tions and help your loved ones to free them­selves as well. You will also learn how to deeply con­nect with peo­ple in this crazy, dis­con­nect­ed world in which we live. The age of numb­ing symp­toms while ignor­ing the cause is over.

Step into a space that is designed for you to safe­ly dive deep with­in your­self, to heal the scarred-over wounds life has left you with. Divid­ed over 3 days you’ll be pre­sent­ed with a bal­anced pro­gram of lec­ture, writ­ing, breath­ing and sim­ple breath ini­ti­at­ed move­ment.

The aim is for you to recon­nect with your­self on a deep lev­el, to rec­on­cile with your past, to explore your direc­tion in life, and to learn tech­niques that will help you imme­di­ate­ly to alle­vi­ate stress, anx­i­ety and depres­sion.

The added val­ue to this in-per­son course is that besides the per­son­al jour­ney you’ll be on, expe­ri­enc­ing this work as a group cre­ates a sup­port­ive com­mu­ni­ty. You are not alone.

    • refo­cus­ing and relax­ing at work
