Each morning starts with an approx. 45 min. Mantra, Kriya, Pranayama and Meditation practice. After a teabreak, a deep dive into Asana, each day focusing on a specific theme.
Daily schedule:
- 08:30 — approx. 09:15 Mantra, Kriya, Pranayama, Meditation
- tea break
- 09:30 — 11:30 deep Asana, long Savasana
