Chanting Mantras play a profound role in the Yogic traditions. The act of reciting these sacred prayers, known as Japa (in Sanskrit), is a ancient form of meditation.
But oftentimes we don‘t really understand the meaning of these mantras.
The workshop is a rare opportunity to learn from a reknown Yoga philosophy teacher from India to deepen your knowledge about yoga philosophy through the practice of japa mantra. We will learn the deeper meaning of selected mantras and verses from the Yogic literature in the context of the yogic philosophy and expand the understanding through the experience of chanting and reciting them together for a longer period of time.
