40h+ Hands on Assists Training with Céline Ryf
10% Theory, 90% Practice
4 Modules — each Module includes a small theory portion, but consists mainly of practice, practice, practice…because that is how we learn. We will work with a fix sequence that includes the most commonly practiced asanas of each group, practice it to warm up, feel and embody it and then work our way through learning different ways of assisting each group. Each module concludes with a space for questions and sharing.
Note: While we may look at some options of how to support students with props (and they are certainly amazing), the main focus of this course is on how to use your own body and especially your hands as an instrument for assisting students in their experience.
